OCTOBER: HALLOWEEN PARTY

+WHAT: Join us for amazing cocktails and eats at Sidecar in Park Slope. The best part: NO COVER!!! Stable Cable ensemble member, Ian Patrick Poake, will be tending bar that night, and is generously donating ALL of his tips toward our 2017/18 Season fundraising campaign. Costumes encouraged but not mandatory! Winner of Best Costume will receive a pair of tickets to all Stable Cable productions for the entire season. No reservations required.
NOVEMBER: RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOP
+WHERE: Yoga Sole in Windsor Terrace

+WHEN: Sunday, 11/12 from 2pm to 4pm
+WHAT: Nourish your body, mind, and senses in this two-hour Restorative Yoga workshop designed for deep relaxation led by yoga teacher/Stable Cable artistic director, Lisa Jill Anderson. You will flow through a carefully crafted therapeutic yoga sequence to prepare the body for a series of restorative postures. Lisa will guide you to shed layers of deeply held tension through restoratives, soothing music and sound, and aromatherapy (essential oils).

DECEMBER: LIVEWIRE HOLIDAY EDITION - MERRY AF

+WHAT: Get Merry AF with us at the LiveWire Holiday Edition featuring 4 comedic, holiday-themed ten-minute-plays by some of NYC's hottest up and coming writers + live music and an epic holiday party after the show. Come dressed in your ugliest sweaters and/or other obnoxious holiday garb and enjoy some mulled wine, red wine, white wine, (all the wine), beer from Lagunitas Brewing Company, karaoke, dancing, and delicious holiday goodies in the theater after the show.

Static: An Intergenerational Playwrights Experiment featuring workshop productions of two brand new plays by Stephen Brown and Tim Pinckney at IRT Theater, December 14-17, 2017.
ON THE MAINSTAGE:
The world premiere of Hal & Bee by Max Baker, directed by Sarah Norris, and presented Off-Broadway in association with New Light Theater Project, March 10-31, 2018.
ABOUT STABLE CABLE:
Stable Cable Lab Co. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that strives to provide an environment for intergenerational theater artists to create striking new works through developmental readings and workshops, ensemble laboratories and training, and full productions. Stable Cable is dedicated to developing and producing new plays that are intrinsically theatrical, ensemble-driven and bold. Founded in 2012, Stable Cable has presented several developmental workshop productions and the world premieres of The Conspiracists, Because Me, and Live From the Surface of the Moon written & directed by Max Baker; In the Event of My Death by Lindsay Joy, directed by Padraic Lillis; and Barter (Or, Stealing Other People’s Credit Cards) by Emily Daly, directed by Jonathan Libman.
